The CM SAGOMATUBI SRL production site avails of latest generation numerical control machines and a particularly well-equipped forming and welding centre.
Pipes are processed using technologically advanced and latest generation equipment that is able to guarantee geometric and dimensional precision in addition to very high customisation of pipe and profile bending.
RIGID AND FORMED PIPE PRODUCTION
CM SAGOMATUBI SRL is able to form rigid pipes to use on low pressure as well as medium/high pressure systems. Once the forming process is completed, the pipe can be fitted on the end with any type of JIC, DIN, ORFS, SAE connection or, alternatively, can undergo infinite types of welding based on the specific needs of the customer.
With the aid of 3D technology, CM SAGOMATUBI SRL is able to scan prototypes and/or samples provided by the customer so as to reduce production times and guarantee the perfect geometry of the ducts.
FITTED HOSE PRODUCTION
CM SAGOMATUBI SRL is also able to produce any type of fitted hose, for use on medium, high and very high pressure systems. Constantly updated pressure forming tables, high quality pressure forming and cutting machinery that guarantees a very high quality standard.
The extensive warehouse and accurate choice of partners who are able to provide broad ranges of hoses and fittings allow CM SAGOMATUBI SRL to be able to offer, in quick turnaround times, its customers efficient solutions in line with their needs.
